Machine rentals are based on a 10 hour rental time. Most rentals begin at 7am, however, pick up time may vary until 9am with prior arrangements. We are based out of the Appalachian Outpost in Lyburn, WV. If staying at Applachian Outpost the machine can be brought to your cabin.

Fees not included in rental fee are West Virginia 6% sales tax. BAC Country ATV Rentals pricing include rental fee and helmet. There will be a fee charged for a late return. There will be cleaning fee of $50 if machine is returned dirty. If machine is not brought back full of fuel there will be a refueling charge of $5/gallon to refuel the machine.

Most instances we would need booking a day in advance.

We offer limited delivery options at additional cost. Most guests pick up from our facility and access the trail from there.

Yes, with all machine rentals, we require a $1000 dollar authorization on your credit card that is due at the time of pick up. When you return the machine in the same condition it was given to you, your deposit authorization will be lifted.

You must be 21 to operate any rental machine.

Machine rental cancellations can be made by the renter and received 14 days prior to rental date with a loss of 25%. Machine rental cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will result in loss of full rental fee. There will be no refund for no shows, early return or bad weather.
